Philadelphia, PA. A crisp winter day provided the backdrop on November 8, when ITS Mailing System
s hosted a first class mail management seminar and technology showcase at Citizen's Bank Park, the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. The event gathered a large number of ITS' 9,000 clients for a day filled with equipment demonstrations, professional networking, and of course plenty of food and drinks in the fantastic Diamond Club overlooking the playing field. Full-access clubhouse tours allowed ITS Mailing Systems' guests a behind the scenes glimpse at the inner workings of a Major League ballpark as guides escorted guests through the press boxes, into the players' locker room and training facility, down the tunnel leading to the dugout, and finally out onto the field. ITS personnel were on hand to provide mailroom analysis and consultations designed to deliver a more effective solution to mailroom management and ultimately enhance mail delivery, optimize workflow, and substantially reduce mailing expenses.
