Tracking postage expenses by department, cost center or client can be easily managed directly through the control panel on any Hasler digital mailing system. Each model has the built-in capability to track and report on total mail pieces processed and total postage used for a varying number of accounts over a designated period of time.

The list below details each Hasler mailing system and its corresponding account capacity:

WJ65: 35 Standard Accounts

WJ95: 45 Standard Accounts, Expandable to 100

WJ110: 50 Standard Accounts, Expandable to 150

WJ150: 50 Standard Accounts, Expandable to 200

WJ185: 50 Standard Accounts, Expandable to 200 or 500

WJ220: 100 Standard Accounts, Expandable to 200 or 500

WJ250: 200 Standard Accounts, Expandable to 500

All Hasler WhisperJet mailing systems have the ability to print accounting reports on a postage tape, producing a "receipt" with single or multiple account summaries. Optionally, an accounting report printer can be connected directly to your mailing machine which allows users to generate full page postage accounting reports on 8 " X 11" paper.
